PUBLISHING POLICY:
1. Papers that will be published in the Journal are all sorts of articles, decision reviews, and book reviews on the areas of mainly law, economics, trade, and finance. The language of the papers would be in Turkish, or in other European languages.
2. The papers submitted for publication in the Journal must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
3. Manuscripts must be submitted be in the Microsoft Word (Microsoft Office 98 or above versions) format (with .doc or .docx file extension). Furthermore manuscripts must be at least 10 (ten) pages, and at most 30 (thirty) pages, and must adhere to the following requirements:
Paper Size: A4
Above: 2, 5 cm; Below: 2, 5 cm; Left: 2 cm; Right: 2 cm
Text: Times New Roman, 12 points, 1.5 line spacing, justified
Footnotes: At the end of the page, Times New Roman, 10 points, 1 line spacing, justified

To upload papers, authors must register to the referenced journal systems by using their e-mail adresses, and their passwords. For detailed information regarding registration and uploading papers please consult: "Journal Platform for Author's Guide to Usage". After uploading, the publication house shall do the necessary evaluation; authors may track the process on the afore mentioned system.
5. Other papers on subjects not mentioned under provision number 4 above, submitted to the Journal for publication, must be e-mailed to our editor in the Microsoft Word format. Delivery of a hard copy of the paper is not required. Editors monitor the process regarding these papers.
6. Along with the paper, information regarding the author's (authors') name, title, the institution where s/he works, street address, easily accessible telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and ORCID code obtained from “https://orcid.org”, and a curriculum vitae (cv) with a photograph must be submitted to the editor.
7. Submitted papers must have a title both in Turkish and in English, and an abstract both in Turkish and in English. An abstract must contain a maximum of 160 words.
8. Papers must have a minimum of 5, a maximum of 10 key words that define the subject matter of the paper.
9. Citations and footnotes of the submitted papers must be in the style of the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).
10. Ethical Principles and Rules are based on the directives of the Committe on Publication Ethics - COPE (https://publicationethics.org/)) .
11. Submitted papers are presumed to have gone through a final revision, and they are ready for publication.
12. All peer review reports shall be kept for five years to facilitate a possible audit by the Committe of Legal data base of ULAKBIM (National Academic Network and Information Center).
13. When a new issue of the Journal is published, it shall be uploaded on the ULAKBİM online Journal Tracking System (ODİS) in the PDF format. Furthermore, 2 hard copies of the Journal shall be shipped to ULAKBİM.
14. After the Journal is published, related authors and peer reviewers will be sent a gratuitous copy.
15. Papers first reviewed by the Editorial Board shall be submitted for peer review in a fully anonymized form. Based on the decision of the peer reviewer a paper will either be published, will be amended by the author, or will not be published at all. The author will be immediately notified of the decision. Final, or amended paper, shall be submitted to a peer reviewer by the Editorial Board.
16. For each paper there would be at least two peer reviewers; if these peer reviewers have different opinions, the editor's opinion or a third peer reviewer's opinion would be taken into account.
17. The Journal is based on the principle anonymity (blind review). For peer reviewed papers any information regarding the identity of the author shall be kept confidential.
18. Peer Reviewed Papers must be submitted 60 days ahead.
Notice Regarding Your Personal Data
Our Journal is published periodically by Legal Yayıncılık A.Ş. It is a peer reviewed, international journal which will be mailed to a subscriber's indicated address.
For the purpose of delivery of our Journal, your name, your title, your address and your contact information will be registered and will be transmitted to the related shipping company under the 6698 numbered Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and related secondary legislation. Unless you have a request to the contrary, during the publication life of our Journal your related personal data shall be kept according to the legal requirements.
