This study examines the issue of those caught at retirement age (EYT) in Turkey. It analyzes the factors that led to its emergence and evaluates its potential impact on social security law in the future. The study also explores whether EYT can be considered an acquired right, its implications for Turkish social security law, and the necessary steps towards a sustainable social security system
